**Return Policy for Jajex Apparel

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to return a jajexwear product please follow these steps:

 

1. **Check Eligibility** - Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. - Custom-made items and fabrics cut to are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

2. **Request a Return - Please email us at sales@jajexwears with following information: - Your order number - The item(s) you wish to return - The reason for the return

3. **Pack Your Return** - Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. - Include copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name and number.

4. **Ship It Back** - Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with shipping instructions. - Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the is faulty

5. **Receive Your Refund** - Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund promptly. Thank you for your understanding!
