Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:

14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to decide if it’s a match.

Condition: Keep it fresh! All the products must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact.

Refund Options: Choose between a full refund to your original payment method or instant store credit (to grab that other colour you were eyeing).
What Can’t Be Returned?
To keep things hygienic and fair for everyone, a few items are "Final Sale":

Items marked as Final Sale at checkout.

Intimates, swimwear (without the hygiene liner), and bodysuits.

Face masks or headwear for health reasons.
How to Start Your Return

Pick Your Path: Tell us if you’d like an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

Ship It Back: Print the prepaid shipping label we provide and send your package back.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return hits our warehouse, our team will give it a quick inspection.

Approval: We’ll send you an email the moment your return is approved.

Timing: Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to show up on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

Store Credit: If you choose store credit, we’ll email your digital gift card immediately after the item is scanned by the carrier!
Exchanges
Need a different size, colour, or style?
We offer exchanges based on product availability. A refund will be initiated if your chosen product is unavailable.

Received Something Damaged?
Oops! If your order arrived with a defect or we sent the wrong item, we want to make it right immediately. Please email with a photo of the issue, and we’ll ship out a replacement at no cost to you.
