7. Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Custom-made or discounted items may not be eligible for returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
